Mandy was born and raised in Ruffin, SC and has lived there all her life. At 15 and still attending High School, she started her 1st job at at Ben Sapp’s Law Firm in Walterboro. After graduating from Walterboro High School, she began working on her Customer Service and Management skills when she transitioned into being an Office Manager for Fowler Land Surveying Company.

Starting out as an Office Manager, she quickly moved up to bigger Organizations and Companies. She has now landed right where she belongs, with the Cole & Associates Team!

Mandy delivers outstanding customer service and organizational skills. She enjoys spending time with her Son Peyton and her Mom Shirley. She also loves to bake and cook.
